>Which XENA disc-lock alarm will fit my bike?
XENA disc-lock alarms are designed for the vast majority of standard motorcycle brake-discs. While exceptions do exist (ie, some bike models are shipped with more than one type of brake disc), a careful check of the following three relevant dimensions can help determine which XENA suits your bike best. For full specs and instructions, please see the Products section.
1. Brake-disc gap: Standard on all models at 7mm.
2. Locking-pin size: from 7mm (XR1/XZ1) to 18mm (XN18) according to model.
3. Distance from locking-pin to inside back of lock*: from 42mm (XR1/XZ1) to 65mm (XN18) according to model.
*Note that the locking pin can pass through ANY hole on the brake disc

>How do I get new keys?

Each lock is supplied with three keys and a key tag with a unique key code ID combining letters and numbers (eg, ABC1234). Use this identification number to order more keys for your lock. Please store key tag in a safe place and NOT with the keys themselves.

To make cutting new keys easier, please register your XENA product at xenasecurity.com. Alternatively, email the number on the keytag along with the original owner's name, address, telephone number and proof of purchase to info@xenasecurity.com. Keys will only be sent to the original owner’s address.
