>Why Is it Called a "Bullett" Lock?
All moving parts related to both locking mechanism and electronic alarm are contained in a single, modular unit called the "Bullett". The key operates all functions: lock, activate/de-activate the alarm or remove the "Bullett" barrel for maintenance or battery changes.
>How do I get new keys cut?

Each lock is supplied with three keys and a key tag with a unique key code ID combining letters and numbers (eg, ABC1234). Use this identification number to order more keys for your lock. Please store key tag in a safe place and NOT with the keys themselves.

To make cutting new keys easier, please register your XENA product at xenasecurity.com. Alternatively, email the number on the keytag along with the original owner's name, address, telephone number and proof of purchase to info@xenasecurity.com. Keys will only be sent to the original owner’s address.
